1. The price and allocation, stock update anytime.
Please confirm the order within the seller's offer validity (Taiwan day & time) or please subject to the seller's reconfirm.

2. No Order shall result in a binding contract of sale unless and until expressly accepted by the Seller by the issue of written
confirmation of the Order, at which point a contract (“Contract”) shall come into existence between the Buyer and the Seller. The
Order may be confirmed by email (provided the email is supported by a valid server delivery receipt).

3. Contract means contract. In order to be fair to the buyer and seller, both parties must be sure to implement. No variation of the Contract shall be effective unless it is agreed by mutual consent between the Buyer and the Seller in writing.

4. In the case of all toxic / flammable / explosive / poisonous / dangerous goods imported are entirely
at the risk of the importer. The buyer & seller should obtain a license or special permit from
Government regulatory authority for imports / storage / transportation and further importer /
shipper / shipping co. are responsible for transportation and delivery up to buyers' warehouse.

5. Failure to take delivery of goods by the buyer will make the buyer / importer liable to and for
transport charges together with all the incidental charges, that may be due thereon including
damages. We shipper/seller do not accept any extra cost, import duty, warehouse charge, seaport fee, whatsoever un-know fee or any outside of Taiwan cost.

6. We have done an inspection before shipment to ensure that the quality is met before packaging and transporting it into the containers or cargo.
We confirm that the quality items are consistent with the specification we provide.
If any questions, we suggest that buyers can ask for a sample test before order or purchasing.
In order to avoid disputes and additional costs, we accept buyers entrusting internationally recognized third-party impartial agencies such as SGS to conduct pre-shipment inspections.
after on board (ETD) shipping costs are incurred immediately, and we do not accept any reason or claim to return the goods, return customs and return the goods.

7. Letter of Credit.
Irrevocable L/C payable at Sight.
Typing Errors / Discrepancies which do not affect price, Quantity and Quality are acceptable.
Please accept amend L/C to enable export.
In supplier / sellers’ request, please cooperate and accept L/C amendment till it is correct to avoid any disputes.
 

8. Payment safety
To avoid international internet hackers’ emails attack involve.
Our Taiwan T/T bank account will not change easily, we will not ask buyers T/T to China or any outside of Taiwan any country bank. Our account should be the same as last time without change. We also mention on our sales contract if any doubts or questions, please contact us by phone or mobile WHATSAPP, WECHAT, LINE…avoid using email to double-check the supplier.

9. If the buyer does not require the seller to apply for insurance. We recommend buyers purchase and apply for their own insurance to avoid disputes.
