Piperazine 68% is a liquid, easy-to-handle cyclic amine with high reactivity. Its aqueous form stays fluid at room temperature and mixes well with water and many solvents. It is widely used in polyamide adhesives, coatings, and printing inks as a key reactant or catalyst. The solution is also important in polyurethane formulations and in oil and gas treatment for removing CO₂ and H₂S, and serves as an intermediate in pharmaceuticals as well as in foams and fibers production.
